On Friday, a federal appeals court ruled that a Wisconsin law stripping most public sector workers of many collective-bargaining rights is constitutional. A state court ruling has kept many provisions from taking affect, a ruling that is not effected by the federal court's decision. The Governor said that the ruling is a win for taxpayers, and that they are happy with the outcome. The ruling can still be appealed to higher courts.
