Small Businesses Still Struggle, and That's Impeding a Recovery
For many small business owners, it has been difficult to recover from the recession. Many faced problems in getting loans and demand had decreased. Owners say that changes to regulations have adversely affected them, rather than larger companies. Analysts say that small businesses are also less likely to be able to predict the effects of the debt ceiling negotiations and other changes on their businesses due to fewer resources.
