Immigration bill debate sidetracked following Boston bombings
The immigration debate in Congress continued on Monday, with some suggesting that the bill should be put on hold due to the Boston Marathon bombing. Most legislators said that they did not think that the Boston attack should impact the bill at this time. Supporters of the bill say that it would help security, with more accounting of who is in the country. The Senate Judiciary Committee is currently debating the bill.
