Wall Street vs. Its Employees' Privacy
Wall Street regulator, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, says that protection of employees' personal social media accounts could stop them from doing their jobs properly. They say that advice given online could violate other laws, and that protections should be changed to allow them to regulate financial workers properly. Many states have passed or introduced legislation to protect employee privacy online.
