Stanford MBAs? new job search strategy
Graduates of Stanford?s MBA program are increasingly choosing to pursue employment opportunities that offer personal development over high paying jobs at IPOs, a study finds. Many of these development opportunities are with startups. A growing number of graduates are also opting to start their own companies. The trend reflects an attitude among millennials that values success coupled with fulfillment. The Career Management Center at the Stanford Business School has begun tailoring its approach to traditional recruiting efforts in order to match graduates with jobs that they are passionate about.
