Korea?s Automakers Are Moving Away from Korea
After another dispute over wages, South Korean workers with Hyundai Motors went back to the picket lines Thursday. This followed a strike this past weekend over the same issue. Hyundai Motors has a long history of strikes with 22 walkouts in the past 26 years. With the strikes causing production issues in South Korea, Hyundai will be opening a factory in Mexico set to produce 300,000 vehicles a year.
