18,000 Kaiser Nurses to Strike over Ebola Unpreparedness
On Tuesday, employees at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California plan to strike for two days over their lack of preparedness in fighting Ebola. With 18,000 nurses planning to walkout, the strike will affect 21 hospitals and 65 clinics. The union representing the nurses argues that patient care standards must be addressed.
