Coal unions in India are encouraging ?militant? action by workers who plan to strike for 5 days starting Tuesday. A recent government meeting was boycotted by as many as 5 major trade unions. This strike may be the largest one the coal mining industry has ever seen, and will greatly affect India?s power sector.
