Uber is a car service powered by an app that allow potential customers to reach contracted drivers who act as "taxi drivers" to transport people around metropolitan areas. Uber has created a new risk that typical jobs can be broken down into individual tasks that can be assigned to various workers. Job industries that could be threatened by this new approach are legal services, grocery shopping, laundry etc.
