Last week, a civil rights lawsuit was filed against Ruby Tuesday by men who claim they were discriminated against during the hiring process for temporary workers. Ruby Tuesday spoke openly about its intent to only hire women. The Equal Employment Opportunities Commission believes that Ruby Tuesday was trying to avoid finding housing for both men and women.
