This past weekend, a contract was negotiated between the United Auto Workers and Navistar over wages. The contract, which will be in place for the next four years, raises wages for employees but maintains a two-tier wage system. New hires will make $15.68 an hour, while senior employees will earn approximately $26 an hour.
