Teachers in the Ontario providence have announced that they will go on strike over negotiations with administration. The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO), which represents approximately 76,000 teachers, are organizing the strike. The school boards have maintained that classes will not be affected by the strike.
