Fast-food workers likely will get a raise to $15 an hour, wage board says
The New York State Wage Board agreed this morning that fast food workers should be paid at least $15 an hour throughout the state. The Board?s decision comes after four public hearings this month. The Board will finalize the details of their recommendation before sending it to the state labor commissioner, who has the ultimate power over the wage increase.
