Disney World costume characters, represented by Teamsters Local 385, are filing a complaint with the Tampa NLRB office that their confidentiality agreements restrict their freedom of speech. The confidentiality agreements were never formally negotiated and employees are worried that the rules could hinder their future careers since Disney prohibits park characters from ever revealing their identities.
