GM, FCS labor chiefs abruptly retire ahead of UAW talks
Two top GM and Fiat Chrysler labor negotiators retired this week ahead of July?s UAW negotiations. These negotiations will discuss the first contract since the companies emerged from post-bankruptcy government restrictions. Union leaders are expected to demand more from the companies since they were put on striking restrictions during the bailout.
