McDonald?s Location Shuttered After Wage Protesters Descend
Yesterday at McDonalds' headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois, hundreds of protesters surrounded the area demanding union representation and higher wages. The company was forced to close a restaurant location near its headquarters for the day, because the strike caused traffic concerns. Over 100 people were arrested for refusing to leave the company's property.
