When thinking of unionization efforts most people think of teacher unions and unions that cater to indivuduals in industrial jobs. However, the types of employees taking part in unionization efforts is rapidly changing. Currently, there is a surge of employees in non-profit agencies such as, the Austin based think-tank Center for Public Policy Priorities which recently elected to join the Nonprofit Professional Employees Union on Tuesday.
