Harvard graduate student union claims University is not bargaining in good faith
Following a bargaining session, the Harvard graduate student union claims the University has subverted negotiations by "hiding" behind the current administration. The union and University met for the fifth time last week with a federal mediator- again, no agreements were reached. The union claimed in an email that the University has failed to bring proposals to the bargaining table and appears to have no intention of bargaining in good faith. Union members are particularly frustrated because the University seems to be buying time as the country waits for the release of new Title IX guidelines.
