According to research conducted by Gartner, America’s polarized political climate appears to be significantly affecting employee productivity. In February, 400 employees were surveyed and 47% reported that debate surrounding the 2020 elections were impacting their ability to get work done. As a result of these statistics, many companies are have began to discuss enacting policies regarding political conversations at work.
