Morgan Stanley has announced that they will be establishing a HBCU scholarship program, in an effort to increase diversity recruiting. The scholarship will be comprised of a full four-year scholarship and career guidance from Morgan Stanley, for students from Howard University, Morehouse College, and Spellman College that are accepted in to Morgan Stanley's HBCU Scholars program. The announcement is important as it points to the increasing trend of companies intensifying their diversity recruiting efforts.
