Work-life balance has been a topic of interest since long before the pandemic. A poll conducted in January by Neuvana found that work life balance was nearly existent for many employees. However, the problem of work-life balance moved to the forefront as offices closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. For many workers, the boundary between personal space and work time was eroded by working from home and the ability to be connected around the clock. However, some companies have implemented meaningful changes that have granted their employees a sense of work-life balance. Some of the companies include: Acuity Insurance, Box, Slack, Docusign, and SAP.
