How Can HR Encourage Peer-to-Peer Learning During the era of COVID
As the pandemic has caused most work to be completed remotely, many offices have lost a critical portion of their employee training programs: peer-to-peer learning. Many employees learned crucial information in the workplace through talking to, collaborating with, and learning from peers. To address this concern many organizations have adapted their e-learning methods. One way that organizations have restructured their e-learning methods is by delivery learning content in small, manageable amounts. Additionally, when introducing new content to employees employers have stressed direct application and experiential learning.
