DOJ Sues Facebook for Bias Against American Workers

The DOJ also alleges that Facebook failed to consider qualified and available domestic workers. The DOJ is seeking civil penalties, back pay on behalf of domestic workers that were allegedly denied employment and other relief to prevent future discrimination.
