Airbnb Sets New Diversity Goals
Airbnb has set two new diversity goals. By the end of 2025, Airbnb is striving for 20% of its U.S. workforce to be comprised of underrepresented minorities. This goal includes those who self-identify as American Indian or Alaska Native, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latinx, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander. Currently, underrepresented minorities make up just 12% of the company’s employee base. If Airbnb were. to reach their goal, it would be an 8% increase of diversity representation.
