Pinterest Changes Harassment Policy Due to Complaints
The law firm WilmerHale conducted an investigation into the workplace culture at Pinterest. The investigation focused on how Pinterest handles claims of harassment and retaliation. WilmerHale produced a report that detailed how the company can improve its workplace conditions and prevent discrimination, specifically recommending the creation of an internal ombudsman’s office that can field employee complaints. Pinterest’s board has already unanimously voted to adopt the recommendations.
