Survey on remote work reveals differences in manager views
A recent survey of U.S. managers reveals that while remote work looks like an inevitable norm, there are varying opinions on how to approach remote work solutions. The survey showed that companies will likely decide on their plans to offer remote flexibility based on the nature of their industry and the personality of management. Overall, they found that most managers feel that some in-office time is needed to maintain the organization and that the workplace will cater to remote flexibility by offering hot desking and other collaborative workspaces as opposed to personal desks.
