On Wednesday, Amazon pressed the judge in an ongoing claim by New York’s Attorney General to dismiss the lawsuit. The lawsuit claims that Amazon failed to ensure worker safety in two warehouses and that they retaliated against employees who protested the working conditions. Amazon asked the judge to dismiss the case and defer this issue to OSHA. Upon denial, Amazon has pursued an injunction to stop the Attorney General from suing them.
