Survey says that workplace use of emojis is in
A new survey of 7,000 emoji users has revealed that using emojis in workplace communications can be positive and is well received among workers. Adobe’s survey found that the use of emojis makes workers feel that it is easier to express themselves, feel empathetic to others, be more receptive to new tasks, and can reduce the need for meetings and calls. An Adobe employee argues that emojis can “convey tone and emotional reaction better than words alone.”
