Companies are using TikTok to find workers
To hire workers in a tight labor market, companies like Chipotle and Target are using TikTok to find workers. TikTok has launched a pilot program called TikTok Resumes that lets candidates submit video resumes. Chipotle’s chief people officer, Marissa Andrada, says this move is allowing them to engage with potential employees in a way they are already connecting with the company. Chipotle is also holding a coast-to-coast career day to hire 15,000 employees. Andrada says that allowing people to show their creativity is effective for finding the right talent.
