Employers have offered paid time off, cash, gift cards, and other financial incentives but vaccination rates have stalled. Benefits experts say that companies are considering $20 to $50 monthly charges to unvaccinated employees. This charge will encourage vaccination but also help pay premium increases for those who get COVID-19.
