Amazon announced to their employees that they will now be fully funding associate and bachelor’s degrees. Employees will have to have worked for Amazon at least 90 days to be eligible. The company will also put funding toward GED credentials, ESL certifications, and efforts to obtain a high school diploma. As an added bonus, Amazon will be paying the fees and tuition upfront instead of relying on workers to pay for the cost and reimbursing them.
