Amazon has made their average starting wage $18 an hour as they plan to hire more than 125,000 workers in the United States. They will also pay a sign-on bonus of $3,000 and an hourly wage of up to $22.50 in some locations. This hiring push is to help the company run the 100 new facilities set to launch this month on top of the more than 250 opened earlier this year.
