A group of current and former employees of Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Origin are speaking out. More than 20 of these workers claim that Blue Origin is a toxic work environment and is not adhering to proper safety protocols. In their essay the employees state that senior leaders have been inappropriate with women and have showed clear bias against them. They also claim that the companies’ race to space at a breakneck speed has compromised flight safety. Blue Origin says they have no tolerance for harassment or discrimination, and they stand by their safety record.
