IBM announced to its employees that they all must be vaccinated by December 8th. As a government contractor the company must comply with President Biden’s vaccine mandate. The company will expect all employees to be fully vaccinated by December 8th and if they are not, they will be put on unpaid suspension until they get vaccinated. The company will consider religious and medical exemptions.
