Ford is suspending service at some of their plants. Due to a material shortage, Ford will be suspending production at their Hermosillo plant in Mexico on October 11th and 12th. They also announced suspensions of production to occur in Flat Rock, Michigan, and Kansas City earlier this month. The Mexico plant’s union said that workers will be paid 75% of their salary for the halted production days.
