John Deere workers reject labor agreement
A contract agreement reached between the UAW and John Deere on October 1st has been rejected. 90% of the UAW membership voted against a six-year labor contract. A strike deadline has been set for the end of Wednesday. The company says, “John Deere remains fully committed to continuing the collective bargaining process.”
