50% of workers are looking to make a career change
A recent study by CNBC and global gender equality firm Catalyst revealed that 50% of workers are looking to make a career change. This finding was given for two reasons; employees either felt that their employers didn’t understand their needs or express empathy or that they are looking for flexibility either in their work location or schedule. They also found that men were more likely to say they have been mistreated at work and that they will ask for a raise or promotion. Among those ready to make a career change, parents both female and male, were the largest population.
