Widespread fraud is being investigated as at least two agencies, the FDNY and Sanitation Department, are being accused of providing phony proof of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. According to an anonymous source, the Fire Department workers scheme involved stealing blank vaccination cards from facilities and that sanitation workers obtained COVID-19 falsified vaccination cards through a CVS drug store employee. As many as 150 sanitation workers are suspected to be involved.
