OSHA suspends their enforcement of employer vaccine rule
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has suspended its implementation and enforcement of the Biden Administration’s federal vaccine mandate. This decision comes as the vaccine rule is being challenged, citing “potential grave statutory and constitutional issues,” in the 6th Circuit court in Ohio. In their posted announcement on their website, OSHA said that it “remains confident in its authority to protect workers and emergencies.”
