Kellogg’s to replace some striking workers
Kellogg’s workers who have been on strike since October will continue to strike through Thanksgiving as negotiations are set to resume the week of December 6th. After failing to reach an agreement before the holidays, the company said they will be using temporary workers and, in some cases, hiring permanent replacements for striking workers. In a statement, the company said, “after 15 negotiations sessions in 2021 – and no proposals put to membership for a vote – we are left with no choice but to best serve the…interests of our customers.”
