Former senior video editor for Ramsey Solutions has filed a lawsuit claiming he was fired in July 2020 after asking to work from home. According to the suit, Dave Ramsey told employees that they would not be permitted to work from home because it would show a “weakness of spirit.” In response to the lawsuit, Ramsey Solutions said the lawsuit was full of false statements and their Head of Creative said the former employee who filed the lawsuit needs to “pray and keep moving forward.”
