Macy’s has asked all its employees to submit their COVID-19 vaccination status. The company has not issued an official vaccine mandate, but they said that individuals who are unvaccinated “may be contacted by someone from the Colleague Advisory team to discuss next steps.” They are requesting all employee’s vaccination status regardless of their position in a store, remote, in an office, or in a facility.
