Online trading platform Robinhood Markets Inc has announced plans for moving to a remote first approach. On Wednesday, the company said they would be moving a majority of their 3,400 employees to remote work permanently. They do not expect any changes in their compensation structure for staff. A small segment of their workforce will still need to work from the office and some teams may need to live close to an office location.
