The email, which was sent on Tuesday, advocated for chairs at checkout counters, longer paid breaks, less discipline around attendance, and more rigorous training for diversity and harassment issues. The workers at the Seattle Amazon Fresh store went public with their union push last month and are focused on educating workers about their rights to unionize.
