Morgan Stanley CEO comments on aggressive office push
In contrast with the great resignation seen among the U.S. workforce, Morgan Stanley CEO James Gorman says the company has seen relatively few departures in the wake of the pandemic. The tightening economy combined with the bank receiving 500,000 job applications last year the company has been emboldened to champion a return to regular office life. Gorman said that he believes anyone going to a restaurant should also be showing up to the office and that if people want to have a career, they need to be around other people who will help them grow and develop.
