Given the introduction of a bill in Florida legislation being dubbed the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, Disney workers are planning walkouts. Organizers of the walkouts are having workers walkout during their breaks each day of the week in protest of Disney leadership’s slow response in publicly criticizing the legislation. The protest will culminate with LGBTQ+ workers and supporters conducting a general walkout in California, Florida, and elsewhere on Tuesday.
