Apple commits $50 million to fund supply chain workers’ education and career development
Apple released its 2022 Annual Progress Report today for its supply chain. In the report they announced they will be launching a $50 million fund to support their supply chain workers. Funds will go toward “helping workers develop career skills and supporting education initiatives, as well as workplace rights.” They predict over 100,000 workers will take advantages of the funds by 2023.
