Survey finds disparities in return to work for executives and non-executives
Future Forum surveyed over 10,000 knowledge workers in April 2022 from the U.S., France, Germany, and other countries. The survey found that non-executive employees are working full-time from the office twice as much as executives. They also found that non-executives’ work-life balance scores are worse than their bosses by 40%. Future Forum attributes the disparities to executives having the power to choose if they come into the office less and a small increase in business travel.
