JPMorgan employees feel micromanaged with attendance tracking
JPMorgan has asked their hybrid workers to come into the office at least 3 days a week and is not tracking their attendance. The bank has started monitoring employee ID swipes. Employees are saying this is creating an environment of panic and mistrust. This tracking has also stoked frustrations about micromanagement.
