The NLRB is seeking an injunction with a federal court to force Starbucks to reinstate workers that they rule Starbucks retaliated against. They allege that three employees where illegally discharged, forced out or placed on unpaid leave after engaging in union campaigning. NLRB Director Cornele Overstreet said, “Immediate injunctive relief is necessary to ensure that the employer does not profit nationwide from its illegal conduct.”
